Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To start a return, email us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
